Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a lock ring 90 from an external support.
2. Remove the block of disks 89 from an external support.

3. Establish a stripper 072 on a spring plate 87 and compress it until the lock ring 88 will not be released.

4. Remove a disk spring 86b and the piston 86, having submitted to an opening And the compressed air.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Check a gap between a lock ring 90 and an external disk 89с. The size of gaps in coupling К1 is specified in the table. Adjust a gap by means of a lock ring 90. Thickness of a lock ring: 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm.
