Removal and installation of the steering mechanism

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a steering column in the extended situation.
2. Remove liquid from the tank of the amplifier of a steering.
3. Disconnect conducting, pipelines and steering drafts.
4. Remove the lock of blocking of a steering shaft. The steering wheel should not have possibility to rotate, differently contact spring А45 can be damaged after replacement.
5. Disconnect a steering shaft from a shaft of the steering mechanism.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove the steering mechanism.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the steering mechanism in average situation.
2. Establish the steering mechanism and tighten it to a support on a forward beam.
3. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
4. Fill in liquid in the tank of the amplifier of a steering and check work and absence of leaks.
