Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the case a reducer 50. Merge oil from a reducer.
2. Fix a reducer in a vice.
3. Disconnect a back cover 54.

4. Remove a lock ring 30 from both flanges of power shafts 33.

5. Remove flanges of power shafts 33.

6. Vypressuyte left and right radial epiploons 32а.

7. Remove lock rings 29.
8. Insert a pin 046 for шестерендифференциала on the right side and press differential so that it on the left side concerned the reducer case. Take both external rings 11а roller bearings from the reducer case.

9. Take differential 13 of a reducer.

10. Take both internal rings 11b conic roller bearings from differential 13.

11. Weaken and unscrew bolts 13а fastenings of a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer.
12. Remove a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer 47а from differential 13.
13. Weaken and unscrew a nut of the 40th fastening of a flange 41.
14. Remove a flange 41.
15. Take a leading gear wheel of the main transfer 47 of a reducer.
16. Vypressuyte an epiploon 42 from a reducer.
17. Remove an internal ring of the bearing 43d.
18. Remove external rings of bearings 46b 43е from a reducer.
19. Remove laying 45.
20. Remove the plug 44 with laying 48 from a leading gear wheel.


Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check all details on lack of wear and, if necessary, replace them.
2. Check a leading gear wheel 47 and a conducted gear wheel 47а on compliance of numbering.


Assembly and adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press an internal ring of the bearing 46а on a leading gear wheel 47.
2. Count up thickness of laying 45 and establish it in the reducer case.
3. Establish external rings of bearings 46b, 43е in the reducer case.
4. Establish the plug 44 with laying 48 from both parties on a leading gear wheel.
5. Establish a leading gear wheel 47 in a reducer 50.
6. Establish an internal ring of the bearing 43d on a leading gear wheel and press them together with a radial epiploon 42.
7. Establish a flange 41 on a leading gear wheel.
8. Tighten a nut 40.
9. Adjust the friction moment in the bearing of a leading gear wheel.
10. Check a gap of a leading gear wheel.
11. Establish a conducted gear wheel 47а on differential 13. For this purpose it is necessary to heat up a conducted gear wheel to temperature 75-85°C.
12. Press an internal ring of the bearing 11b on differential.
13. Further assembly is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling.
14. Check and adjust an axial gap of a flange.
15. Fix a back cover 54.
16. Remove a reducer from a vice.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a reducer 50.
2. Fill in oil. Oil volume: 1.2 l.
3. Replace сапун 55 on a back cover 54.


Specifications:

The friction moment in the bearing of a leading gear wheel (new conic roller bearings): 215-245 N · m.

Tolerance from adjusting parameter on the end of a leading gear wheel:-0.02/+ 0.01 mm.

Gap between the leader and the main transfer conducted by gear wheels: 0.08-0.014 mm.

Axial gap between a flange and the differential case: 0.03-0.3 mm.
