Check of level of liquid of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Periodically check liquid level in system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel in order to avoid emergence of problems with management of the car, such, as damage of the steering pump. Act as follows.

Do not hold a steering wheel turned against the stop in this or that party more than five seconds. It can put out of action the steering pump.


2. The tank of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel is located in an impellent compartment and has an unscrewing cover with built in in it measuring the shchupy.

3. Park the car on an equal platform and cock the parking brake.
Level of oil can be checked in a cold or heated-up condition (since +50°С). Here check in a cold condition is described. Pay attention to the remarks provided in the end of the Section if level of oil has to be checked in a heated-up condition.
4. The car should not be heated-up, the engine should not work. Forward wheels should stand directly.
5. Unscrew by means of a screw-driver a tank stopper. For this purpose insert a screw-driver core into a stopper groove.
6. Wipe a pure rag the level index under a cover.
7. Manually screw and again unscrew a stopper. Liquid level in the compensatory tank depending on its temperature should coincide with the corresponding zone of the index.
8 Liquid cold (at ambient temperature): level should be in area - And - (cool).
Liquid at working temperature (approximately +50°С): level should be in the hot area.
9. If necessary in the tank it is necessary to add liquid level. For addition of level use only new liquid as even the most insignificant impurity can lead to violation of work of hydraulic system.

 Attention! If liquid level in the tank fell below a zone corresponding to temperature of liquid, the steering with the hydraulic amplifier of the steering mechanism is necessary for checking in a specialized workshop as liquid loss takes place. In this case it is not enough to be limited only to addition of level of liquid.
