Dynamic (orthopedic) seats (FDS) differ a multicircuit design of an adjustable back with function of memory (MMKL), and also a dynamic lateral emphasis. The Mnogokonturnost of a back is provided with three groups of the airbags providing the top and bottom humeral, lateral both top and bottom lumbar emphasis. The form of a surface and rigidity of a back are regulated manually by means of Group of the corresponding switches of driver's (S109) or forward passenger (S108) of a seat and function of «a dynamic lumbar emphasis».
Dynamic cross-section emphasis (forward seats)
Requirements to function:
• Contour of 15 R Vkl;
• Contour 15 Vkl:
• Adequacy of level of tension (without differences up or down);
• Lack of a signal of the sensor overheat,
• Absence of leakages of air from pillows.
Function activation/deactivation «a dynamic cross-section emphasis» is provided with means of the push-button FDS switch and supervised by the module of management of adjustment of a seat (N32/19). The fact of activation of function proves to be true operation of the control light-emitting diode built in in the FDS button. After function activation the module of management of a seat during commission of turns provides demanded pumping of pillows of the lateral emphasis being in the outer side of a curve of turn. Necessary information on the current cross-section overloads arrives from the module of management of protivozanosny system (N47) and is transferred by the module of management of the central gateway lock (N93) from the tire CAN-C in an impellent compartment to the salonny tire CAN-B. At interruption of a data flow of FDS more than for 2 seconds there is an automatic shutdown of function.
Degree and speed of filling of airbags are regulated at the second level of management of a control panel (А1).
Sports mode (condition 1)
Pressure in pillows of a lateral emphasis is forced quicker and to higher value.
Comfortable mode (condition 2)
Pressure is forced more slowly and to smaller value. Into number of the modules involved in management of dynamic adjustments of seats enter:
• Module of management of a voditelskogosidenye (N32/19);
• Module of management of a forward passenger seat (N32/22);
• Module of management of a tsentralnogomezhsetevy lock (N93);
• Module of management of protivozanosny system (N47).
Priorities of activation of an emphasis
• Priority 1. Lumbar emphasis;
• Priority 2. A humeral emphasis (except individual back seats);
• Priority 3: Cross-section emphasis;
• Priority 4: A dynamic lumbar emphasis and a dynamic lateral emphasis (only for forward seats)
At simultaneous use of several managing directors of switches function of the highest priority is activated only.
Criteria of shutdown
Automatic deactivation of all functions occurs at jumps of level of supply voltage. To shutdown of individual function can lead an overheat of gates and formation of leakages of air.
The group of pillows of a lumbar emphasis functions with paired overlapping in wavy sequence. As in each case one pillow is activated only, the next pillows are considered as inactive, i.e. empty. The background functions listed below provide the corresponding conditions for maintenance of the correct mode of functioning of pillows.

At maintenance of constant pressure in an active pillow (the resident period) air from the next inactive pillows is issued.

Control of a rating of individual pillows of persistent areas in each case is carried out by the module of management of the corresponding seat (N32/19 and N32/22) and is imperceptible for the user with preservation of manual adjustments.
Additional adjustments are made, for example, in case of the fluctuations of pressure connected with change of provision of sitting, leakages of devices of pumping of air, the temperature changes caused by activation/deactivation of elements of heating of seats and streams of heat from system of a conditioning/body sitting, etc.
The sharp pressure jumps caused by changes of situation sitting, are extinguished quickly and imperceptibly. Operating parameters can be programmed in the course of diagnostics.
