3. If the return is not stipulated especially, turn the engine in the normal direction.
4. Familiarize with the requirements shown to efforts of a tightening of carving connections.
5. At the corresponding complete set mark position of the CKP sensor before its removal.
6. Do not turn a cranked shaft by means of driving asterisks of a camshaft or devices.
7. Do not turn cranked and distributive shaft at the removed chain of a drive of GRM.

1. Bring the piston of the first cylinder [1] into situation 40 ° after VMT.
2. Make sure of correctness of combination of parallel flutes of both camshafts with a cut of a head of cylinders [2].
3. Establish on camshafts blocking adaptations [3].
4. On engines 112 check correctness of an arrangement of adjusting labels of a balancing shaft [4].
5. Before starting performance of repair procedures, remove assembly of a natyazhitel [5].

At installation of the piston of the first cylinder in situation 40 ° after VMT camshafts can be turned without risk of contact of valves with the bottoms of pistons.

6. At assembly bring the piston of the first cylinder into situation 40 ° after VMT and achieve combination of omednenny links of a chain with:

• Adjusting labels of asterisks of both camshafts [6];
• For engines 112: with an adjusting label on an asterisk of a balancing shaft [7];
• With a shponka and an adjusting label of a cranked shaft [8].

1. Remove assembly of an axis of yokes of the right camshaft assembled with covers of bearings.
2. Without tightening fixture, establish a cover of fixing of a camshaft [9] (the special tool No. 112589054000).
3. Establish adaptations for chain fixing on asterisks of camshafts (the special tool No. 112589044000).
4. By means of adaptations from given above the list connect a new chain to old on the right number of cylinders, - for chain putting on on asterisks turn a cranked shaft.

Bolts of fastening of assemblies of axes of yokes (М7х84 mm) are not subject to a reuse and should be replaced.

Removal of a balancing shaft on engines 112 is made in the following order:

• Pass a suitable blocking core in a counterbalance on a back pin of a shaft [11];
• Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a counterbalance;
• From the forward party take a balancing shaft;
• In the course of assembly do not forget to grease the central bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft.

8. After installation of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye make TNVD check.

1. Bring the piston of the first cylinder [1] into situation VMT.
2. Pass a blocking core in an asterisk of an inlet camshaft [2].
3. Make sure of correctness of combination of adjusting labels of camshafts [3] and [4].
4. Before starting performance of repair procedures, remove assembly of a natyazhitel [5].

Bolts of fastening of asterisks of camshafts are not subject to [6] reuse and should be replaced with the new.

5. On termination of repair work establish a natyazhitel [5].

Effort of a tightening of fixture: 80 N · m.

Effort of a tightening of a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft [7]:

• Bolt of classification of 8.8 200 N · m + 90 °;
• Bolt of classification of 10.9 325 N · m + 90 °.
